Ryan Reynolds as Pikachu? Nope, you read that right – so check it out for yourself in the new trailer for Pokemon Detective Pikachu, the new live-actioner based on the game which dominated a generation.
Shark Tale director, Rob Letterman helms this interesting concept, with Reynolds voicing everyone’s favourite Pokemon, Pikachu.
Bill Nighy and Ken Watanebe also feature, with Justice Smith taking the lead. Check out the first trailer for it below, with the movie set for release next May.
